Neuro-Linguistic Programming in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication and personal development, built on the premise that the language we use โ€” with other people and with ourselves โ€” shapes how we think, and how we think shapes what we do. It is a practical toolkit for personal, professional, and career development: a way of thinking and communicating more deliberately, reading other people more accurately, and changing unhelpful patterns of thought that hold you back. It is not therapy, not counseling, and not a treatment for any medical or psychological condition. You can think of it as a social technology that, once mastered, will enable you to build the world around you the way you want it to be.

How NLP can help you

People who master NLP techniques report the following improvements.

Persuasion and influence
Building rapport quickly and deliberately, and making your case in a way that promotes positive behavior change in others.
Interviews, negotiations, and high-stakes conversations
Putting your best foot forward and managing impressions that others hold toward you.
Presence and public speaking
Holding a room with more authority, and maintaining poise and calm.
Confidence and self-talk
Identifying the internal language that limits you, and replacing it with something more useful.
Goals and follow-through
Getting specific about what you actually want, and closing the gap between intention and action.
Leadership and guiding others
Inspiring others, through self-control and modeling, to be the best that they can be.
